  Crime and Punishment is a book published by the Russian writer Fyodor Dostoyevski, where he seeks to show the importance of conscience in our lives, especially when you do bad things, conscience is there to judge you. This book is about a young man who, unable to pay for his studies, turns to an old woman, this old woman turns out to be a thief, the young man, seeing everything the old woman was doing, decides to kill her and steal everything she had, by doing this, her mind begins to play tricks on him, so confused that he turned himself in to the authorities as punishment for what he had done. The curious thing about all this is that the young man had dreams and delusions of grandeur, so much so that he believed he was superior to others and felt that he had the right to do whatever he wanted, even committing a crime, but he realized it. that we are all the same and we all have that conscience that judges us and corrects us when things are done wrong.
