Virtual video interviews are becoming increasingly important in today's world due to their convenience, cost-effectiveness, efficiency, flexibility, and ability to improve the candidate experience.  They allow candidates to interview from anywhere with an internet connection and provide employers with a more streamlined and faster recruitment process.  Additionally, virtual video interviews offer a more comfortable and natural environment for candidates to showcase their skills and personality.
